We understood a lot more about Albanian culture & the bike ride was easy and smooth. The tour was personable and engaging, started from a very central location and got to see all Tirana had to offer, you get to go to Tirana’s Grand Park at the end which was very relaxing. Our guide spoke perfect English and was very easy to communicate with.

This was an excellent chance to understand Albania’s diverse history and hear about some of the horrors of living for over 40 years under a very tightly controlled Communist regime until the mid-80s.
Dennis is an absolutely excellent guide, with a view of the wider world and a very personal view of this amazing country’s past.
Highly recommended and a great start to our stay in Tirana and travels around the country on bikes!

This was such a wonderful physical introduction with a very personalised history perspective too. Denis was so generous with his personal reflections and personal accounts of the rapid changes this country has undergone since 1991.
Having the bikes made it so easy to get around the many areas without feeling exhausted. The large park was beautiful and unexpected. We felt so safe and looked after in spite of the fairly chaotic traffic. Highly highly recommend this tour.

Signed up for a city bike tour but when I was the only one on the trip, Mal was able to customize it to my liking. Instead of the usual city tour (which I did the day before) he took me to several new sights and a ride around the lake. Could not have asked for a better guide.

Gids Owen wist een hoop te vertellen over de geschiedenis en achtergrond van de stad. Hij deed dat erg leuk. Hij hield met iedereen rekening, heeft veel laten zien. Ook tijd gemaakt voor foto’s en leuke groep samen met nog 4 mensen uit NL. Zeker een aanrader

Ik kijk normaal gesproken altijd eerst of Baja Bikes beschikbaar is als ik op reis ben, maar deze lokale fietstour in Tirana overtrof echt mijn verwachtingen. De gids was vriendelijk en wist veel te vertellen, en de route was goed uitgestippeld. Tirana bleek verrassend goed te fietsen rustige wegen relaxed tempo en plekken die ik zelf niet had gevonden. Echt een aanrader!

Mooie fietstocht van 3 uur ! We hebben een hele plezierige en leuke fietstocht gehad met Tringa als gids. Ze wist veel te vertellen over de geschiedenis, cultuur en gewoonten van Albanië. Op elke vraag wist ze antwoord. Echt een aanrader om te doen als je net bent aangekomen. Dan kun je daarna nog een keer uitgebreid naar de plekken waar je meer van wilt zien.
